Boobies and Bad Guys and Looking Forward to the Future

A few new photos from Halloween and a recent park playdate!

Snow White and Cinderelly!

Goofin off with self-portraits...how fabulous are Tim's cheekbones?! :D

The whole trick-or-treating crew!

Two princesses!

Sofia, the track star! haha!

Fia with her friend, Sofia -- run that energy out, girls! Run!

Playing house with Fia -- the random stranger in this shot cracks me up too!

Gabe and Tim were knights for Halloween -- Gabe's idea! Tim will probably hurt me for putting this picture in the public domain....haha! But how can I help it? Look how freakin' cute they are!

In other news....

Yesterday, Sofia pointed at a jogger and exclaimed, "Dad, look! That girl is running and her boobies are running too!" haha! I'm only glad said girl wasn't within earshot. But, oh, to see things through a child's eyes!

Of course Gabe also informed me that I'm getting fat. WHAT?! Thanks darling son of mine. I made the shocked face just to make him laugh and said, "I am? Where?" and started turning around to chase the alleged fat. ;D He said, "On your back and in your boobies." Ew. Thank goodness I have a swell sense of humor. But it may JUST be time to start working out a little harder... haha!

I can laugh at a lot of things, especially myself, but when Gabe came home from school yesterday and announced, "I am going to vote for President John McCain," I did not think it was funny. I gently asked him, "Who told you to say that?" thinking perhaps someone had put him up to this trick. :D He was quick to say, "No one Mom, but my friend Giovanni is voting for President John McCain." "Hmmm," I said, and "Do you know what you like about John McCain?" Gabe said, "He's in the news, Mom." I blurted out, "And there are plenty of bad guys on the news, hon." Gabe got wide-eyed. "But how can bad guys be on the news?" Oh my gosh, where do I begin?! I won't get into the entire discussion we had, but today, I made sure Gabe knew Mommy stood in line for 2 hours this morning voting for President Barack Obama because Mommy believes Obama cares about everyone, not just the wealthy, and because Mommy believes Obama will do more for Gabriel's and Sofia's future. Let's hold him to it! :D

Adorable Halloween pics! And good job teaching Gabe about PRESIDENT-ELECT OBAMA!

I was so excited to see Virginia go to him last night!

Cute, cute, cute! Cute photos and cute stories, as always.

Yes, excellent voting in VA. Only wish AK had done as well, but the race was called before our polls even closed so NO BIGGIE.

Love the pics! :) And I'm almost sad that no one ever noticed my boobies running with me. Apparently they're small enough to leave behind. hahaha.

Well done you for lining up to do the right thing! Go President Elect Obama!! :)
