Gabe's New Haircut

Gabriel came to me late last week to ask if he could get a soldier's haircut. I asked him what a soldier's haircut looked like, and with a serious DUH tone in his voice, he said, "A buzz cut Mom!" Lord, I wonder what he's going to be like at 14! He's already too smart for his own good. :D He went on to explain that he wanted a haircut like Jimmy's dad. Jimmy's dad is pretty popular with the kids, and he wears army fatigues. Apparently Gabe wants to be a soldier like Jimmy's dad. Oh boy...

For career choices, so far, we have gone through: daddy, teacher, motorcycle cop, and now we're at soldier. It will be interesting to see how his choices change over the years.
